5-day workshop in Georgia on Action Against Hunger’s new digitalized project management system

Between the 14th and 18th November 2022, Action Against Hunger (AAH) South Caucasus hosted a 5-day workshop in Tbilisi, Georgia on Projects ADS – Action Against Hunger’s new digitalized project management system. In addition to the South Caucasus team, staff from the Lebanon mission also participated in the event that was supported by members of the Digitalization Transformation team from the Headquarters in Madrid and from the Philippines. The activity was funded within the European Union Aid Volunteers (EUAV) programme and involved volunteers based in Georgia, Armenia, Lebanon and the Philippines.

The workshop is part of the of the ongoing deployment plan of this digital management tool, which is already being used in the missions of Colombia, Palestine and Spain, and has recently been launched in AAH’s Latin America missions. The Projects ADS workshop engaged project and MEAL staff from the two participating missions who were  trained to utilize the system through practical exercises whereby one project per mission was put into the system.

In addition to the South Caucasus team, staff from the Lebanon mission also participated in the event. 

The deployment plan will continue in the coming months in more Action Against Hunger missions.
