The purpose of the Feedback Management Platform is to receive any type of feedbacks including specially related complaints of fraud, waste, or abuse in the programs and operations of Action Against Hunger. Complaints may be received directly from employees, donors, partners, beneficiaries or any other stakeholder through this system.
