Action Against Hunger initiates transfer of its ‘Shuttle’ methodology to support Georgian state actors

The workshop was conducted within the framework of the project "Economic and Social Participation of Vulnerable Displaced and Local Population in the South Caucasus (EPIC)" funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in cooperation with the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons form the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia (MoH). This workshop was also supported by State Employment Support Agency (SESA) and Professional Skills Agency (PSA).

Capacity building training session in Aghveran

Action Against Hunger organised the training within the programme “Ensuring access to essential protection services for displaced people from Nagorno-Karabakh in Armenia” funded by ECHO aiming and it gave the partners the opportunity to discuss programme implementation and lessons learnt.

Visiting the Chambarak Child Friendly Space

Communications Officer for the South Caucasus mission conducted a series of field visits in late May, to three Child Friendly Spaces, which are a part of the Multi Functional Centres, under the programme “Ensuring access to essential protection services for displaced people from Nagorno-Karabakh in Armenia” funded by EU Humanitarian Aid and implemented by Action Against Hunger, HALO Trust, Partnership & Teaching and Mission Armenia.
