Action Against Hunger Specialists Certified to Conduct EORE Trainings in Armenia

On the 20-21st February 2023 five specialists working with Action Against Hunger in Armenia attended a training on “Explosive Ordnance Risk Education” (EORE) was organized at the Training Center of the Armenian Center for Humanitarian Demining and Expertise (CHDE).
CHDE’s instructors introduced the participants to different types of explosive munitions found in Armenia and their dangers, and according to national and international humanitarian demining standards taught approaches used in different dangerous situations. 
All the participants successfully passed the theoretical exam and were awarded certificates giving them the right to conduct awareness-raising courses on EORE all over Armenia for a period of one year.
