Director of SESA visits Zugdidi Shuttle

On the 8th February 2023, Nino Veltauri, Director of the State Employment Support Agency (SESA) visited the Zugdidi Shuttle to meet with participants and observe their participation in the group sessions. The pilot shuttle is implemented by the SESA Regional Office in Samegrelo-Zemo-Svaneti with technical support from Action Against Hunger. During the visit, Ms Veltauri and other representatives of SESA met with AAH team members to share their impressions and discuss further cooperation, as there is an interest to broaden the scope of the shuttle program to other regions of Georgia.



Technical support for the shuttle in Zugdidi is provided under the project “Economic and Social Participation of Vulnerable Displaced and Local Population in the South Caucasus (EPIC)” funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in cooperation with the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health, and Social Affairs of Georgia (MOH).
