Generating Income Under Blockade

2023 marks 16 years of the land, air and sea blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip. The escalation of hostilities has eroded basic infrastructure, service delivery, livelihoods and coping mechanisms.

Currently, 1.3 million people in Gaza are dependent on humanitarian assistance, according to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (OCHA).
